Mud Pump

Model 3NB400 three cylinder single-acting pump is a kind of piston (plunger) pump with the small and medium displacement, which fills the domestic gaps. Its design adopts the technology of "relatively short length of stroke and reasonable specific pump speed", which makes the instantaneous value of the piston line speed become the lowest value of the relevant parameter of the domestic and foreign reciprocating pump with the same power. The design parameter guarantees the pump to have a good suction behavior and relatively satisfactory lifespan of the wearing parts.
The pump of this model has characteristics like "novelty", "compaction", "credibility", "user-friendly", and "easy maintenance". Besides, model3NB400 pump and model 3NB plunger pump produced by our factory are interconversion pumps. You only need to exchange the piston, the cylinder liner and the plunger stuffing box, change the valve assembly and the interconversion can be reached.
Model3NB400 pump can be used in drilling wells, match the drilling-in unit of DP technology, in making the side tracking in the aisle, in well-flushing, in the profile control, in the oil delivery and other mining assignment.
The pump of this model is made up of the power end, the fluid end and the transmission. The motor and the diesel engine serve as the power. According to users' requirement, it can be made into the skid and truck-mounted pump assembly.
The power end of the pump of this model adopts the splash lubrication, the piston of the fluid end (plunger) and the cylinder liner adopts the deluge cooling system.
The pump and its electric motor are installed on the whole base, which is convenient to move.
The suction behavior: Below the altitude of 1000 meters, the proportion of the working medium is lower than 1.2 and the length of the suction pipe(inner diameter 4") is no more than 5 meters, the priming pump is unnecessary. The natural suction efficiency is 92-95%.

The continuous working pressure: According to international standard practice, the piston pump is required to have a long-time operation under 80% of the rated highest working pressure. If the pump operates under 80-85% of the rated power, the wearing parts have longer life span and the pump can work more economically
The displacement and outlet pressure can be changed by changing the sizes of the piston and the cylinder liner.
